Synergist Consulting was birthed in April 2022, as the role of the Human Resources Department continues to evolve into one which creates and adds value to business executives and senior leadership in their decision making and achieving organisational strategic goals. We are a consulting company that provides services in the field of Strategic Human Resource Management and Small Business Management Planning. Our main focus is building human capacity and connecting our clients to their true potential.

Our consulting firm provides one-to-one support to aspiring young entrepreneurs in the development and preparation of their business plan, which is the foundation of business growth and success.

Our CEO

Shivon Dazzel is a Strategic Human Resource Business Partner and has over Eighteen (18) years of leadership experience in several industries across Private and Public Sector. Her professional experience ranges from Operational Management, Retail Management, Supply Chain Management, and Human Resource Management.

She is holder of a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with concentration in Human Resource Management. Shivon is also a Certified Human Resource Professional (SHRMP-CP) accredited through the International Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), USA. Her multi-faceted professional background, complemented with her academia, supports the synergy created with our clients in providing fruitful partnership discussions on strategies relevant to the clients’ needs.

Shivon is passionate about building human capacity, which she believes leads to maximising true potential, organizational growth, and organisational sustainability.
